We enjoyed purchasing our new Palisade from this dealership. Everything was first class, very professional but friendly. There was no pressure at all, and Jake was great! He was very helpful in keeping us cool and comfortable, which we had asked of him because I have health issues that make me ill if I get too hot. And thank you for the full tank of gas! A few minuses-no water bottles in the waiting area, and the car, although right off of the shipping truck, could have been detailed a bit better.( especially the inside of the windshield). More

With all the glowing reviews from others none of them must have had Mellisa Sutton as their service rep. Worst customer service I have ever had. She has zero social skills and can’t read social cues.
