My wife and I are very particular and frugal buyers, and we shop for the absolute best deals possible on cars in which we are interested. In 2016, we flew to Colorado to purchase a new 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from Larry H. Miller in Aurora, CO. Last year we drove to Prescott, AZ to purchase a new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Last week we did not have to travel as far, and only had to drive to Larry H. Miller Hyundai in Peoria, AZ. Our salesperson, Marisa Balderaz, was absolutely fantastic. We were looking for a new 2020 Hyundai Elantra, in silver or gray with a gray interior, and had offers from other dealers on vehicles which were similar but were not exactly what we were looking for. Marisa got us the best deal possible on a silver Hyundai Elantra with gray interior. She was extremely friendly and personable, and stayed late on Friday night so we could close the deal. She could have had us come back on Saturday or Sunday, since she was working both of those days, but she was kind and gracious enough to stay late on Friday night so we could finish the sale. It will be several years before we will be looking for another new automobile, but when we do, Marisa Balderaz will be the first person we look for! We have purchased two vehicles from Larry H. Miller dealerships (Aurora, CO and Peoria, AZ) during the last 5 years and have had excellent experiences both times and more importantly purchased high quality vehicles! More

We purchased a 2021 Palisade From Larry Miller. If you are like me, the thought of buying a new car is similar to getting a root canal....a painful process that takes hours upon hours. I communicated with our sales guy (Pat Bria) via phone and email for about a month and a half. Pat was knowledgeable, but never pushy. He answered my numerous questions and followed up a reasonable amount of times. We negotiated the deal (with Justin's help) over the phone and email. We came to an agreement on price and did all of the financing stuff online. Pat let us know when the car was ready and we met him at the dealership. He had all of the paperwork ready for signatures and the process was very streamlined. We were at the dealership for about 90 minutes and about half of that time was Pat explaining all of the bells and whistles included in the vehicle. The ONLY surprises we experienced were pleasant ones....free key replacement, free washes/waxes, free paintless dent repair and more. Our time with Dshon in finance was quick and smooth. This was the best car buying process I have ever experienced. Kudos to all. More

I hate car shopping. All of my prior experiences left me feeling like I had been run over. Not this time. Justin was laid back, answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all.
