We began talking about the surprise and she even helped me schedule a sneaky delivery while my wife and daughter were out running errands. They even made sure to advise me to look at lower options to help meet my payment and financing goals, even though they were lowering the total sales amount they would take in. This is called ethics and a true understanding of each individual's financial resources. By the time I left with my new vehicle, I had all of the original options I had requested, and even a few more. They did some very creative work to get all of the numbers to match, took into account my military background, and even my Costco membership. They found ways to help me save! I am the type of person who buys a new car every three years or so, and this dealership can expect to keep my business for a very long time. More
