My biggest Focus was financing and if the payments could not be low enough I was 100% ready to leave without getting a car. Not only were Austin & Josh patient and understanding while listening to me and my circumstances, but they made me feel comfortable with the entire process and kept me up-to-date on what was happening, and what the next step would be. I was also impressed with the atmosphere in the office/dealership, other employees walking around smiling and having pleasant conversations.
