Mark has gradually made my experience at the dealership. He makes me feel like an idiot and seems bothered by my presence and questions. Also, he lied to my mom about me asking him about the motor mounts. They have been on back order and he told me he had no idea what I was talking about. He was rude and short with both my mom and me. I'm very disappointed with Mark. He was nice as pie when my dad was there with me to purchase the vehicle. I don't know if he just thinks women are dumb or what, but my experience sucked for both my mom and me. More

Our air was going out in our car so we took it to the service center at the Hyundai dealership. They diagnosed the problem that same day and ordered the parts with in 5 days and had the car fixed the sam service center at the Hyundai dealership.
