Service was quick and easy. They were ready for me when I got there. The waiting room was clean and inviting. I do have an issue that needs to be addressed that they explained to me. I will bring the car in at a later date to handle this. They were not pushy and did not try to scare me into getting the work done. They explained the fees involved and let me make my own decision. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I will continue to bring my car to Larry Miller for the remainder of the time I own my car. My experience with Larry Miller has been exceptional from the time I purchased my car throughout all my service appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend Larry Miller to anyone looking for a car or needing service. More

Everyone in service Dept is fast, friendly & knowledgable. Every detail of service provided was explained as well as future potential maintenance. The service was promt and very intentive. They completed the service quicker then I expected and called me when my truck was ready. I had service done on my Nissan Murano, and Ken was friendly, greeted me as I pulled in and had my service order in hand. We went over the visual inspection and he pointed out a few things to consider friendly, greeted me as I pulled in and had my service order in hand. I did some of te stuff he recomended or pointed out but not all of it. I can't comment yet on the quality of work because I just had it done and don't know if it will last. The staff is nice and understanding. It was busy when I was there so their attitudes were not horrible just preoccupied. I purchased a used 2004 Nissan titan from this dealership. The check engine light was on and the advised that the catalytic converters had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I did not have to worry about emissions due to where I live so that was not a concern at this time. Two days later I noticed the transmission was acting funny and I was losing oil pressure when the engine was warm. I called them about it and they said to bring it in. I drove all the way back and they said that the bolts to the transmission box were loss so they fixed that and all was okay. They also said that the vehicle was running normal under factory settings. I asked how low of pressure does it get down to. They replied that they don’t check the pressure they check the voltage and all was okay. Only Three hindered miles later there was a leak under the hood, also squalling noises, and the heater stopped working. At this time it was very cold out. I took it into a locale shop and they said that there was only water in the radiator and it froze. The radiator now has a hole in it and needed to be replaced. Also, the bolt to the alternator was loss which the fixed in time and it didn’t cause any damage. It’s like really why would you only put water in the radiator. This is a dealership. Please don’t let this happen to you.. More
