I had service done on my Nissan Murano, and Ken was friendly, greeted me as I pulled in and had my service order in hand. I purchased a used 2004 Nissan titan from this dealership. The check engine light was on and the advised that the catalytic converters had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I did not have to worry about emissions due to where I live so that was not a concern at this time. Two days later I noticed the transmission was acting funny and I was losing oil pressure when the engine was warm. I called them about it and they said to bring it in. I drove all the way back and they said that the bolts to the transmission box were loss so they fixed that and all was okay. They also said that the vehicle was running normal under factory settings. I asked how low of pressure does it get down to. They replied that they don’t check the pressure they check the voltage and all was okay. Only Three hindered miles later there was a leak under the hood, also squalling noises, and the heater stopped working. At this time it was very cold out. I took it into a locale shop and they said that there was only water in the radiator and it froze. The radiator now has a hole in it and needed to be replaced. Also, the bolt to the alternator was loss which the fixed in time and it didn’t cause any damage. It’s like really why would you only put water in the radiator. This is a dealership. Please don’t let this happen to you.. More
