Better than the Nissan dealership at the Autoplex Previously took my truck for service to the Nissan center at the Autoplex near Ahwatukee. Service always took a long time. So did shuttle service. Excellent Service with an honest attitude Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there I brought to their attention the fact that my last service had a 4 wheel alignm Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there I brought to their attention the fact that my last service had a 4 wheel alignment and that the steering wheel was not centered. They where very quick to accept responsibility and correct the mistake at no cost to me. Being honest about mistakes and correcting them is what I have come to expect from the level of service at LHM Nissan Riverview. It's why we bought both Murano's there. More

Very kind and accomodating We purchased our Nissan Quest at this Larry Miller Nissan dealership in 2013. We don't drive it nearly as much as our Cube so I brought it in for it' We purchased our Nissan Quest at this Larry Miller Nissan dealership in 2013. We don't drive it nearly as much as our Cube so I brought it in for it's second oil change - not realizing we were already out of date for our service package, Even in that circumstance, they were so kind and made the time for our oil change, washing the Quest and treating this appointment just like we were still in the time frame of our service package, Thank you so much! Oil changes made simple! I love being able to bring my car to the dealership I bought it at for oil changes & routine maintenance for less than I would pay elsewhere, and with I love being able to bring my car to the dealership I bought it at for oil changes & routine maintenance for less than I would pay elsewhere, and without unnecessary pressure to upgrade things that my car doesn't really need. The level of service here is pretty crazy! The whole team goes above & beyond to make sure you don't forget your appointment and that you're happy when it's done. LOVE this dealership! More

Prius service The fist day was fine. We were checked in on time and the 55,000 mile service work was completed on time. They found a "cracked transmission mount" The fist day was fine. We were checked in on time and the 55,000 mile service work was completed on time. They found a "cracked transmission mount" which was not in stock so we had to schedule a second day service appointment. We left the car overnight and drove a loaner car home. When we went back they informed us they had made a mistake and the transmission mount was OK so they did not change it out. The second trip was a waste of time. . More

No hassle oil change Brought my wife's 2001 vw cabrio in for oil change. Price is very competitive and will purchase the maintenance package Next scheduled visit. I have Brought my wife's 2001 vw cabrio in for oil change. Price is very competitive and will purchase the maintenance package Next scheduled visit. I have a 5 year old nissan I have brought their for oil changes and some misc repair. Satisfied With the service. Only negative would be that the quotes I have gotten on repair items have been way to much. For example, I was quoted $750 for front struts on my car and my old mechanic I have used for years did it for $430 He did a great job used good quality parts and my car feels great. I can justify that kind of a difference in having the dealer Do it. I think the major difference comes from the labor rates which are about 35% higher. Thanks. I do like your service and have had some other things done on smaller $ amounts like motor mounts. More
