Awsome experience! I had been to another dealership (Jeep) earlier that morning. I did not like the experience there. They tried to sell me a car out of my price range I had been to another dealership (Jeep) earlier that morning. I did not like the experience there. They tried to sell me a car out of my price range, no people skills and tried to get me to lease ...all of which annoyed me. A family friend recommend Sam & Adam at Toyota. They were awsome. Sam, Adam & the financial guy got me what I wanted. Even though I had never met them any of them prior, I walked out of Toyota feeling like they were all family! Just wonderful people! Very personable yet professional. They heard my concerns and got me what I wanted. I felt like winner. I have already showed off my car to all my friends and family and told them of the top notch customer service 10/10 my husband and I experienced at Larry Miller Toyota on Bell. Thank you.
