They got my car in very fast for service. Had a few problems with me car, they got in quickly and repaired it fast, warranty is great, only cost me $25.00 when it could of cost over $2,000. I'm still showing off my 2016 Prius C to friends and telling them pretty much what I just wrote. I would say Lance, Donnovan and the others I met are the complete opposite of what most people envision is when buying a car.
