Worst customer service ever. Not the first time I've had a bad experience, unfortunately there is a big lack of options. If it wasn't for the name Toyota itself that place would be out of business. I went i a bad experience, unfortunately there is a big lack of options. If it wasn't for the name Toyota itself that place would be out of business. I went in with out an appointment because I was having tire problems, and was redirected to discount tires because they are too busy. Wouldn't even offer to put air in it!!! Thank you discount tires for your great customer service and picking up the slack from down the street More
No high pressure tactics!!! Salesmen showed car and all options and then reviewed financing terms presenting all options. Wife and I took test drive (third car we test drove that day) and then went out to options and then reviewed financing terms presenting all options. Wife and I took test drive (third car we test drove that day) and then went out to eat and make a decision. Called Ernie to tell him we had decided on the Scion and would be back in an hour to start paperwork. During the hour we were out eating Ernie and Marce had already completed most of the paperwork as well as washed and preped the car for delivery. The entire financing / paperwork portion of the buying experience took less than one hour. My wife and I will definately recommend this dealer to all our friends and when we get ready to buy our next vehicle the Larry Miller Auto Group (Toyota, Scion, Hyundai, etc.) will get first chance to keep our business. The sales force and customer service was terrific and friendly. We purchased a really nice FJ and I have to say the process was fun and the sales force (even the people not working with us) were friendl friendly. We purchased a really nice FJ and I have to say the process was fun and the sales force (even the people not working with us) were friendly and helpful. We did have one issue that was quickly addressed and resolved through the fantastic customer service department so in the end I would give this place a 5 star rating and would definitely purchase another car from them when I need one. They did their job well. After I had my van to the dealership I dropped my keys off in an envelope. The only problem was this: MY SIENNA WAS SCHEDULED TO GET BODY REPAIR. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED dealership I dropped my keys off in an envelope. The only problem was this: MY SIENNA WAS SCHEDULED TO GET BODY REPAIR. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE MY VAN HOME WHEN I WAS NOTIFIED MY VAN WAS RUNNING AND ADVISED BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY EXPLAINED ERRONEOUSLY THAT THE BODY SHOP WOULD NOT TAKE MY VAN BECAUSE IT WAS SATURDAY. AND THEN I WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY VAN TO THE BODY SHOP MONDAY. I WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE IT THERE AT THE DEALERSHIP. I SHOWED UP MONDAY PER THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S ADVICE, I HAD A RENTAL READY SO I COULD DROP THE VEHICLE OFF. I WAS TOLD THAT I MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, AFTER THAT THE STAFF COMPLETELY IGNORED ME EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO THE STAFF MANNING THE COUNTER. THIS MADE ME FEEL THAT I WAS NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER, FRANKLY I FELT LIKE I WAS TOTALLY UNWELCOME LIKE THEY WANTED ME TO LEAVE AND THE ONLY REASON WAS BECAUSE I WASN'T SCHEDULED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. BASICALLY IT WAS A SCREW YOU TO A CUSTOMER THAT PURCHASED A $38000 VAN, ALL OF THE EXTRAS THEY WERE HOCKING, SERVICE CONTRACT, TIRE AND WHEEL INSURANCE, AN EXTENDED WARRANTEE, AND I BASICALLY FELT LIKE THEY DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS IF I DID NOT HAVE THE SERVICE ON MY TOYOTA SEINNA PREPAID, I WOULD NEVER USE LARRY H MILLER TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE AND NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANY DEALERSHIP BEARING THE LARRY H MILLER NAME. I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING MYSELF WHICH WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED. THEY HAVE A SIGN ADVERTISING GEICO EXPRESS REPAIR CENTER, I HAVE BEEN A GEICO POLICY HOLDER FOR MULTIPLE CARS FOR THIRTEEN YEARS YET THE STAFF COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO INFORM THE GEICO REP THAT I WAS WAITING. NOW I HAVE TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY AND I WASTED 1 DAY ON A REPLACEMENT VEHIVLE TO DRIVE AND BASICALLY THE BODY SHOP MIGHT AS WELL HAVE URINATED ON MY SHOES. I AM PISSED. EXPECT ME TO BAD MOUTH THE LARRY H MILLER NAME TO EVERYONE WHO I KNOW. Luckily my claims adjuster does an excellent job otherwise who knows when my car would be fixed. I contacted GEICO personally in the waiting room on my phone. If not for his great attitude and helpfulness I would not b retuning to LARRY H MILLER's body shop for anything. Thanks for nothing Larry h. Miller. You suck. DARRELL A KNOX More

Larry Miller service dept. should be avoided at all costs. They are truly unethical. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced. They deliberately tried to over charge me for the water pump labor by costs. They are truly unethical. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced. They deliberately tried to over charge me for the water pump labor by more than $200 on my Tacoma truck. I was being charged as if the timing belt replacement was completely separate from the water pump replacement so I was being charged $239.95 for the timing belt replacement LABOR ONLY. I was being charged $287 for LABOR ONLY for replacement of the water pump. When I called Chris Conger, the service advisor, on the over charge, he argued that the normal water pump labor was $440. I argued that once the timing belt was removed the water pump was clearly exposed, the water pump was extremely easy to replace by using an air wrench to remove the seven mounting bolts and the total job should take less than ten minutes. I told him that I have a mechanical back ground and studied replacement procedure of both the water pump and the timing belt via procedures outlined on the internet. Conger said that he would have to clear a price change with his boss. He was gone less than five minutes and returned to tell me that the water pump labor was reduced from $287 to $50. I'm not sure that what Larry Miller tried to do was illegal but is sure was unethical. More
