Rick has been my primary advisor since I got my 2012 Taco. We just finished up with the final Toyota Care service. Rick got the truck in, called with a recommendation from the mechanic (I opted out, and there was no pressure put on to make me change my mind), and called when it was ready to be picked up. Due to some failure in the electronic cloud, my phone did not register his call, and I got the message 5 minutes before they closed. I live 15 minutes away. I called Rick, he told me he would be around for a few minutes and available to get my truck back to me. He did not rush me out the door once I arrived; he reviewed the service report with me, offered to schedule my next service, and even went over what the next service would entail and cost. I have never had any problems with this service center; I have been around long enough to know that you plan several hours to get work done (yes, even if you have an appointment; although some people seem to feel that the word 'appointment' means that time is magically altered to encompass THEIR needs). I cannot review the sales staff; but if it is anything like my service experiences, I think they will be more than acceptable! Unfortunately for them, Toyotas last, and it will probably be 15 years or more until I look for a replacement. More

I also feel that the price I was charged for my new Michelins was way too much...and if you are going to "soften" the cost with a rebate, you should do it up front instead of having the customer go through the internet leg work.
