Buying a new car I bought a new car at LMT through the Costco program. John Karhut was my sales person and he was very patient, friendly and professional. Robert, th I bought a new car at LMT through the Costco program. John Karhut was my sales person and he was very patient, friendly and professional. Robert, the Customer Relations rep, and Donovan, the Finance Manager were also very pleasant to work with. I had been to several dealerships and this dealership was the most inviting. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and eager to help. On the flip side I didn't care to HAVE to purchase all the dealer add ons like the Desert Protection Package, the lifetime tint warranty, or be charged the fee that the dealer initially pays to have the windows etched with a serial number in order for the dealer to ward off car thieves from their lot. I would have preferred to have had the option to decline all of the extra warranties instead of being required to purchase them if I wanted the vehicle. In the end I likely got the best deal from LMT and ultimately the customer service was excellent which gives me confidence that they will take care of me should I ever need to use one of those pricey warranties. More
