Keith and Brittany were great and extremely helpful! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the people at the financing department. Not only were they dishonest in trying to have us finance the vehicle at a high interest rate for 84 months but they are also rude and deceitful. I'm glad we left that place and drove right over to Avondale Toyota. We purchased a brand new vehicle from Robert Michel at Avondale Toyota for 0% interest rate for 5 years. That is an $8,500 savings from the deal that Financing at Larry Miller Toyota was having us to sign! I'm so glad there are still honest people like Robert Michel at Avondale Toyota! He was truly a blessing and would highly recommend you go talk to the nice folks at Avondale Toyota. Keith and Brittany should seriously consider working at Avondale Toyota instead. Miller Toyota was close, and we'd had good experiences with their Hyundai and Dodge (Chrysler) dealerships, we decided to start our more detailed investigation there. We never felt pressured during our Q&A period and test drives, but we knew after those, we wanted to buy a car from them. Rob was patient and well-versed on the Priuses and using the Internet in getting us the exact car that we wanted. We needed to look no further than Larry H.
