Usually my service issues are handled within 90 minutes-oil change and tire rotation. Today my visit was more than 3 1/2 hours. LHM Toyota in Peoria AZ is efficient in processing customers for intake, and staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. But they sent me the recommended repair list by text only 2 minutes before sending m customers for intake, and staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. But they sent me the recommended repair list by text only 2 minutes before sending me a text that my vehicle was ready. And, when I went to ask the service representative about the filters and tires I wanted to replace, my car was already sitting out ready for me to drive off. So, they asked me about repairs, but never made any repairs until after I spoke with the service representative and they took the car back and made the repairs I requested. Also, regarding the new tires, they never told me the brand until I went out and asked, and didn’t tell me they were replacing my current tires with a different brand that was more expensive. When I asked why, the reason was because the tires that were the same as what was on my car were supposedly out of stock. But the cost for those was several hundred dollars less to replace the tires with the same brand. Overall, LHM Toyota is a decent dealership and I have gone to them for service and vehicle purchases for many years. They are under new ownership, and ever since then the service has not quite been the same. More
