I got in quickly for a maintenance issue that turned out to be a bigger problem than I thought it was. Quin was very helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands with the service team. Switched to Larry Miller for recent service on a Highlander. I decided to shop around after previous shop made it very difficult to speak with an advisor, get a quote, etc., routing all calls to a r Highlander. I decided to shop around after previous shop made it very difficult to speak with an advisor, get a quote, etc., routing all calls to a robot for scheduling. Getting a real callback required escalating to management and took three days. So I called Larry Miller. Steve Giovando answered the phone, answered my questions, scheduled my service. Seems pretty simple, but not very common anymore! The service area was clean; everyone was friendly and efficient when I arrived. The vehicle was ready on time and the price was just as quoted. Thankfully, I wasn't told that I needed questionable additional services as is the norm these days. Oh, did I mention the service was 34% less then two other dealers? This is where I'll be doing business going forward assuming they keep the same level of price and service in the future. More
