I want to thank Eric Holger, Tim Geary, head mechanic Jason, and my mechanic Lil' Jo. I had new brakes and new rotors installed. It was making an odd noise but quit after hitting the break pedal. They spent 4 days and several house to locate the problem. They were so kind and I had a rental too. These guys are awesome and wouldn't stop until they found a warped rotor. I got my baby back and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much for sticking with it. I won't take my 4Runner anywhere else. I trust them completely. Happy ending Happy customer! More

We had a 10:00 appointment and told our oil change and tire rotation could take up to 3 hours. We let them know I had a 1:00 medical appointment. Tim took over and reassured us he personally would get us tire rotation could take up to 3 hours. We let them know I had a 1:00 medical appointment. Tim took over and reassured us he personally would get us out within 90 mins. He also rubbed out some black marks on tne back side of our car at no extra charge. Shakoda personally made sure everything was done and we were out in less than 90 mins. They both were very kind and personal and efficient. Bravo for tremendous service especially in these days of so many employees cutting corners. More
