My daughter talked to the salesman and was lead to believe that the price was $25000after a $4000 down payment. The loan paperwork showed the loan to be $31700! For the service department, they returned my vehicle to me, as completed, without doing what they certified they had done, nor did they do what I ask them to do. When contacted about this, they told me th me, as completed, without doing what they certified they had done, nor did they do what I ask them to do. When contacted about this, they told me they check the boxes as completed on all items required whether they actually do them or not. They also said my requested item was a mistake the new trainee made, and the trainer failed to even review the work before sending it out. Very serious trust issues are warranted here. More
