"BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!!"

I experienced the best buying experience ever this week in buying the Camry. I actually went in for a oil change on our 2015 Prius and bought a new car. My salesman Iman Jeilany was Fantastic. He made the deal happen and had such a great attitude. He was so good that I trying to get my father in law to buy a car. The entire experience was perfect. While waiting to close the deal I look on the wall of the previous Toyota slogans over the years. I then thought of my experience in buying this car and what slogan best described it. I came up with “BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.” What a wonderful experience.

"Easy to do business with"

This is the second car we have purchased through Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria. The main reason we are willing to travel over 100 miles in each direction is the exceptionally good quality of their service department. The sales people, especially Sam, were helpful, easy to negotiate with and displayed exceptional wit. At no time did we feel we were being "pushed" into the purchase.

"Could Not Diagnose"

My routine maintenance was handled well, but like my Toyota dealer in Washington they could not find the cause of a troublesome issue my car has after driving long distances at high speed. Waiting for it to get worse is not my preferred strategy for car repairs. Makes me wonder if I should not have bought a RAV 4 hybrid.

"Quality Service, Fair Pricing, AMAZING Service Advisor"

I have been going to this dealership for almost two years now. This dealer always tries to pair you with the same advisor which at first I thought was strange. I was paired with Mike Moore (not the movie director). He's an amazing human being, has a fantastic attitude, is very straightforward with you when talking about things needed and recommended for your vehicle. He is always honest with me as far as what I need, and what I don't need to do right now but need to do eventually. It's always clear he has checked my records before talking to me. He knows how often I come in, when I typically get to 5,000 miles, and what services I turned down before to recommend again. He has also been very kind at always making sure he gives me the best price, letting me know about promotions or coupons I sometimes am unaware of. My car has remained in tip-top shape without any issue bringing it to Toyota of Peoria. They guarantee their work and don't at all give you the sleazy/rip-off vibe other service dealers can give. The waiting area is comfortable, there's a nice offering of snacks and beverages, television, reading and internet. I am so happy to have the advisor I was assigned, and so happy to be a customer of a place that leaves me smiling after my visits instead of feeling completely ripped off and taken advantage of.
