My car had a routine service for my Prius and my concern comes in that I was surprised they didn’t tell me my back wiper was torn. I saw it earlier in the day but forgot to say something. I like /love Toyota but my last couple trips down I find little things they neglected to do yet they say I need an alignment- something they need to test for and I know that wasn’t done? My steering wheel looks fine? Also I don’t think my car went through the wash? I also wish you could talk someone about what they are suggesting needs done-I got a text saying recommendations and price, click your answer and that’s it-why can’t they call you so you can talk about it?
