Did not provide the service requested! My main concern was low tires and they never addressed the tires at all. They told me twice they did but they didn't. The dealership made me miss a warranty check after My last warranty check, which I have never missed in two years, the sticker that was placed in my window indicated I return in September for the after My last warranty check, which I have never missed in two years, the sticker that was placed in my window indicated I return in September for the 25,000 check. When I returned for my scheduled appointment, Dean, in service said I should have returned in August and therefore missed my deadline for that service visit and he closed it. He then told me they would do the 35,000 mile warranty check instead. Well, now I missed a visit due to your error, I asked Dean to make sure that I am scheduled for the correct date so that I do not miss another warranty service and he said he scheduled me for March, but when I got into my car the sticker said to return in February. So which is it? February or March? And if I come back in March will I have missed my deadline and therefore miss yet another warranty check? I’m not happy. More

WE BOUGHT THIS CAR AT AN AGREED PRICE ALONG WITH A PRICEY "EXTENDED WARRANTY AND AFTER 8-10 DAYS WE GET A CALL THAT THE "BANK" WON'T ACCEPT THE TERMS WE AGREED TO. NOW WE HAVE TO PAY EVEN MORE THAN THE AGREED PAYMENTS. NOW, THIS OVERPRICED TO BEGIN WITH, TOYOTA FORE-RUNNER, NOW SUDDENLY HAS NO BRAKES.... THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM FOR THIS CAR- AND TOYOTA KNOWS IT!! NOW AFTER GOING 111 MILES “OVER “ THE OVERPRICED WARRANTY, NATURALLY THEY WILL FIX IT. THEY WILL HOWEVER “ FIX IT “ FOR $4,000 DOLLARS- OR MORE AS I’M SURE THERE ARE “OTHER PROBLEMS” THEY WILL FIND WHILE YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO HAVE IT FIXED... THEN AS YOU PROBABLY CANT AFFORD THAT AND THE “EXTRAS” THIS IS WHEN THEY WILL MAKE YOU A “DEAL” ON A NEWER CAR! WHAT A COUNTRY! NOW, THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU-IT REALLY DID HAPPEN TO US. Great prices in the service department, and honest. I have been going to the dealership to get service done on my Tacoma since I bought in 2013 new. Scott has always been honest with me on service that need to be conducted and the price. After service has been conducted I have always left with a good feeling that my Tacoma is running better, and feeling good my wallet didn't hurt. My last visit Scott was not there, But Mike took care of me like I had been his customer from the start. I had a tune up done on the Tacoma it runs great and price was perfect for my budget. I had been saving up to get it done and glad it didn't go over my budget.. More

Good experience. On a Friday, the service manager himself took the information for my appointment the following Monday. On Monday they took my car right on time and promptly serviced it and washed it. The young man, with the Rollie Fingers moustache, explained in detail what was done to the car and answered all my questions. This is the second time at this place. We just moved to Peoria. I will go back again and we’ll buy our next Toyota from Larry Miller Toyota. More
