Be honest and realistic When making my appointment I was told 45 minutes tops, when I arrived Amanda said it would be an hour and fifteen minutes. I was concerned because I r When making my appointment I was told 45 minutes tops, when I arrived Amanda said it would be an hour and fifteen minutes. I was concerned because I recently had surgery and would have waited to make to appointment if I knew it would be that long. The. She came to me at the hour and fifteen mark and said they are finishing up and it would be ready in ten minutes. So I went to the bay at ten minutes, only to have to wait another 20! Don’t say 45, when you know it will be longer, don’t say 10, when you know it will be longer. Just be honest. I’m grateful I only have three included services left so I can stop having to deal with this horrible service center. More
2:45 oil changes On 9/12/18, at 12:25, my wife arrived at LHM for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation. She was told that the duration of the visit would be, “about an hour”. The scheduled service writer was not there, so another person filed in for him. Long story short, no one put her vehicle into the service queue. After an hour, my wife began asking questions. After 2 hours, she began demanding that she have her car back to pick up our daughter from school. After 2 hours, and 45 minutes, our daughter was stranded at school, as the service writer tells her, “we’re dumpibg the oil in right now”. This service department has 0 independent thinkers, and doesn’t know how to deal with people. To finalize the experience, they emailed us a service report for another person’s vehicle. More

Good excellent service experience My service manager, Rick Emerson, notified me of some needed repairs and we prioritize them in order of importance. Dropped my car off @ 7:30am and got a lift to work with Brenda’s help. In the afternoon Rick notified me my vehicle was ready. Called Brenda and she picked me up from work. The whole experience was seamless and efficient. Great team to work with and excellent customer service. More
