She gave me a walk around the parking lot to point out some cars to me that I might be interested. She also showed me cars in my price range, and a little out of it, which I enjoyed. It is always good to see what you could get if you decided to spend the money. Which in the end I did end up going a little over my budget, because I found a car that really spoke to me. I couldn't be any happier with my GTI. Cindy was great when it came to taking the cars out for a test drive. She allowed us to take quite a long test drive, so we were able to see the car function in the mountains. All the questions we could come up with were easily and quickly answered. The process of buying the car was very simple, and everyone involved in the process was very kind, and they explained everything each step in detail. Which is great since I have never before bought a car. Cindy was also kind enough to give us a tour around the VW dealership, and showed us where and how to get to the service away. Overall I had a wonderful time working with Cindy, and VW, and I hope to be working with them in the future. More

After reaching my goal of 10 yrs or 200,000 miles on my 2004 VW Jetta GLI, it was time for me to buy the Passat that I've been dreaming of for several After reaching my goal of 10 yrs or 200,000 miles on my 2004 VW Jetta GLI, it was time for me to buy the Passat that I've been dreaming of for several years: a 2015 Passat SEL Premium, black on black with basically every creature-feature you can get. The tricky part was that the Colorado inventory of the SEL Premium with the 1.8T engine in black was nil...for months...and months. Then finally it happened...after keeping an eye on the state inventory every couple of days...there it was! With one very quick inquiry email to Larry H. Miller through the VW Find a Match feature, I received a response in what seemed like only minutes from Tony Prevo. I went by the dealership that night and had the BEST EVER experience buying a car! Tony and Richard made the car-buying experience very relaxed and easy. They understood the value of my time and expedited the whole process - including Tony jogging from my table over to the back room to work up the numbers! I loved the energy, the customer service, and most importantly I felt like I was striking a deal with a business and NOT a car dealership. My previous experience with another local dealer was...well...less than appealing, and I would never step foot in their door again.
