It started off with Eric coming to my house to pick me and take me to the dealership, he answered all my questions to my satisfaction, we test drove the models that interested me and then we sat down and struck a deal without any pressure. This only took about an hour ! Then he introduced me to Josh and we sat down and signed all the paperwork again without any pressure. Josh and I hit it off right away making this the most pleasant experience of any car finance experience that I have ever had. You Have a winning team! I will purchase again from Larry H. I took this opportunity to support my VW dealer Larry Miller. Larry Miller VW is a local dealer, not VW corporate, I dont believe that the local businesses should suffer due to something going on at a corporate level. Not sure how they could get positive reviews My Daughter purchased a used Chrysler 300 on Sept 19th and has only been able to drive it for two days. She is inexperienced and was taken advantage o My Daughter purchased a used Chrysler 300 on Sept 19th and has only been able to drive it for two days. She is inexperienced and was taken advantage of. After spending literally all day at the dealership to buy the car, she was told it still needed an oil change, headlights and wiper blades. This was not explained until after the purchase was complete. Thinking that the dealership was providing a bit extra, she agreed to bring the car back two days later. This time, she waited at the dealership for over 5 hours while they tried to get her a loaner car. She was told her car would be not be ready for 3 days. This is an oil change, wiper blades and headlights. I can do this work myself in a couple of hours and I am not a mechanic. The loaner car is a piece of garbage and has literally had parts fall off of it. The transmission is barely running and it shakes bad on the highway. We are now being told that the car needs a rear engine seal. Also, twice now they had to delay the car because either the parts did not come in or they were the wrong parts. We spoke to a mechanic at the dealership that admitted they get parts for for this type of work from the auto store across the street. We are now on Sept 29th and are being told it "might" be ready by Friday. This is 12 days that she has been without her car. We will be asking the dealership to provide some type of warranty as we now cannot trust their inspection and for some type of compensation since she still has to make a car payment during this time. If we cannot get the dealership to take care of this, the next step is the BBB and then my good friend at 9 News. I hope that they will make this up to her as she was so excited about getting this car and now she is nothing but disappointed. We are also concerned that she will get the car back and because the inspection process is so bad that she will have more issues. I will post back to this review after we get the car back and give an honest recount of what the dealership id doing to make this right. Lee More
