I had my first experience with LHM VW in 2017 when I got a `17 Jetta. I'm a car guy and have very specific requirements (I hate automatic transmissions and I don't want any car that is black, white or silve a `17 Jetta. I'm a car guy and have very specific requirements (I hate automatic transmissions and I don't want any car that is black, white or silver as I lose them in parking lots). This is a tough sell for anyone and over the years the number of people who have tried to convince me that I really needed an automatic is stunning, but Alex found me a lovely 2018 copper 5-speed manual and I had it for three years. Then I traded up in 2020 when I came in with the same requirements. They found a 6-speed Tornado Red Jetta which I absolutely loved. Sadly I just had to part with it because my lease was up, but Shoutout to Tyler Deven and Mat Sims because my leaseholder (NOT VW) was a pain in the butt to work with, but they did it with style. I know my days with Manual transmissions are coming to an end, but it's still nice to have people who are willing to go the extra mile for us car folks. :D More

Overall good experience, disappointed on amount given on my trade-in. Tyler was great went out of his way to complete all phases of sale.
