We have not had great experiences with this dealership. Starting with the sales person years ago, we were given the typical run-around on pricing and it feels/felt sleazy. Since then, every time we go in for service we are negotiating with being up-sold. We clearly book appointments based on our needs and the get told that it will cost twice as much once the car is already in for service. Unfortunately, all of our experiences feel disingenuous and like Larry H Miller is intentionally training their employees to greedily try to take more. It seems like this is embedded in the employees and it is quite off putting and it is the antithesis of building customer loyalty. We have owned many brands of car and currently own two very different brands in addition to this - a Chevy and a Tesla - both are far superior experiences to interact with than VW. We will not buy another VW brand based on 7 years of our experiences and will never recommend this particular dealership. More

I went in for a few service opinions and came out with three new damages to my car from the service mechanic the service manager didn’t offer much he I went in for a few service opinions and came out with three new damages to my car from the service mechanic the service manager didn’t offer much help. I requested later a refund for the diagnostic charge and he gave it to me, then I contacted the general manager, Alex to correct the new damages done to my car. I talked to him several times he said he would get back in touch with me to remedy the problem and he blew me off each time. I would never recommend this dealership. They lack integrity.
