Two stars for the new check in and waiting area with decent coffee. However it took three hours for a basic oil change. When I asked about the delay the advisor said that they are not actual appointment decent coffee. However it took three hours for a basic oil change. When I asked about the delay the advisor said that they are not actual appointments for the work, just a drop of time. News to me, given they knew I was waiting. Of the 8 additional item suggested for repair, 3 or 4 of them are not actually broken or defective. It seems that rather than conducting an inspection, suggestions are made simply on mileage, whether or not they have already been replaced, such as tires purchased elsewhere! This is the second such experience here…there will not be a third opportunity! We will take our business somewhere else. More

I brought in my car at larry h miller Volkswagen lakewood for a coolant light repair on 6th June 2024, I spoke to Dana he was my service advicer, they sent me a list of things to be done to fix my vehicle's for a coolant light repair on 6th June 2024, I spoke to Dana he was my service advicer, they sent me a list of things to be done to fix my vehicle's problem,(see list) 1.timiing belt, water pump, pensioners, pulleys, and coolant from timing and water pump, replacement. 2.Engine oil cooler leak. This repair and replacements was $3,500 which I paid using my credit card, I took my vehicle and didn't even get home, the light came on again indicating the problem that I had before, I called Dana and explained to him that the light is still on and having the same problem, he told me that might be air that got in the system and I should give it sometime it will go away, the next day the problem was still there so I took Back the vehicle to the shop, later on Dana contacted me and told me that one of the radiators was leaking and they have to change it a fan and the coolant bottle, the cost of this was $1,390 i paid and was on my way, I drove home then had to go to the airport, on my way the light came on again and my vehicle was over heating, I called Dana and explained to him again, took the car back, now I am looking at other things to be looked at at and end up paying more, they said my car would be fixed from the first service and now I'm on the 3rd one and my car has not been fixed yet, today the just sent me a new quote $5,800 saying I need a new head gasket, after failing two times to fix my car because if their guess work diagnosis now they want me to trust them again. I've paid a total of $4,900 and my car is not fixed yet. More
