Another day was no issue for me since a free loaner was part of the emissions recall. Travis called in the afternoon as promised, and let me know that it would be completed the next day. I got a second follow up call the next morning to tell me that the repairs were complete. Pickup when I arrived took 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. I wasn't left wondering what was going on with my car, nor did I have to be the one that sought out the information. More

We came and reviewed a myriad of car and felt no pressure during the experience with her. We had the opposite experience with other dealerships, and we were comepletely dissapointed in their relationship with the client. We though this dealership was different till we started getting phone calls from their staff and constant reminders we didn't need. We came back for Christina, and even though the staff ignored our needs and request. She took the time and attention to turn a bad experience into a good one.
