I received my car today and more issues than before. My car no longer locks when you walk way. My speed limit icon/hologram is gone. They said all Those issues where there before. The sensors and now there are multiple problems my car didn’t have before and they never pick up the phone. Ken kept insisting to talk to my spouse because I did not understand. His behavior was inappropriate because of my gender. My car received a new part but now has multiple issues and they never owned up to fixing them Ken said they will no longer spend time fixing a car with over 100k miles. I hope someone responds and resolves this issue I love the brand Cadillac but this dealership has missed the mark. It’s been 3 months.
