Horrible after the sale customer service Lee Meneses, the salesman, was smart and professional. He did a great job. There was no finance person on site at the River Road location so Lee was Lee Meneses, the salesman, was smart and professional. He did a great job. There was no finance person on site at the River Road location so Lee was trying to fill in so we wouldn’t know. That was a waste of our time. When the finance person arrived, we finished business and left. That is where the ‘after the sale’ service became unimpressive. There was no communication from the service department and no one would return our calls. When we finally complained enough we were given a person who scheduled the extra items we had paid for. We had to take the truck ourselves to get those items completed. That left three other items promised in the after sale work order. Again, we had to get ahold of the dealership, they did not contact us. When we would call no one would answer their phones nor would they return phone calls. Even when a manager was requested one would to come to the phone. When we finally got the truck in for the rest of the service, again no communication. When we called at the end of the day to see when we could pick up the truck they even told us that the person who we left the truck with had not been at work that day. Bottom line. No communication between personnel at the dealership. No communication with us as a customer. We will not be taking the truck back to them for service and we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. Very frustrating experience. More

frustrated made a deal on a 2011 town and country . was promised if I came in from Bremerton they would not let anyone touch it. would hold it for me .went in to made a deal on a 2011 town and country . was promised if I came in from Bremerton they would not let anyone touch it. would hold it for me .went in to pick it up from Bremerton and was told it was sold but they would make me a deal on 2014 they have on internet for $16.888 .then they wanted over $17.000 plus my 2002 crv. how do they stay in business .my son in the last year bought a new dodge ram pickup and a mercadis from them. and he sent his hired help to them .he will not be doing any more business with them .
