Landy Jollie was the difference between walking away or buying the new Jeep that I specifically wanted. I never got the feeling that I was working with the "Typical Car Salesman", or at least my own, pers buying the new Jeep that I specifically wanted. I never got the feeling that I was working with the "Typical Car Salesman", or at least my own, personal image of a Car Salesman, which I had developed over the years. Never once did I get the feeling that she was in a hurry to sell me a car so she could move on to the next customer, nor did she ever appear in a business-like, serious mode, rather a more personable, relaxed, and confident mode. She listened and never dictated. There's a old saying in retail: "Ya sell what ya got, not what ya don't got!", (bad grammar intended). Out of the huge inventory of Jeeps, not one had what I wanted. Rather than try to sell me "what they got", she went out and found "what they didn't got", and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. The experience was such that I could've easily turned around and bought another car from Landy and Larson Chrysler Dodge Jeep, but I think it prudent to try to wear the Jeep out first. And as for the service/service department, they've been "top drawer" ever since I bought my first car from tham, a 2001 PT Cruiser, back in 2000! That's 13 years of me saying to myself, "Me happy!" In August 2010, I went to Larson Dodge after a horrible experience at another dealership. Paul Straling and Charlie Hall greeted me immediately as I arrived as though I was an old friend. They had a zero pressure attitude and were only set to satisfy me with the car I wanted and a payment I was comfortable with. After I signed all of the papers, went home with the car, and thought all was said and done, Stephanie in the finance office called me to say that they had found a better rate for my loan and asked if I would like to return to sign some papers so my payment would be cheaper. WOW!! Who does that? I was totally impressed. Over this last weekend (June 2013), I returned as I was ready to upgrade to a 2014 Grand Cherokee. Again I was met by Charlie and quickly approached by Paul. Both appeared to remember me and were thrilled that I was returning for my next car. Both men worked super hard to find the specific car I wanted and a price I would agree to. Mike and Daniel were the finance officers who were amazing and friendly. Frequently you might experience a dealership that is all talk and no show. Friendly, big promises, nothing to back it up. OR you might have the big pressure and no building of rapport and relationship. These folks at Larson do it all....and they do it well. I tell all of my friends and family to go to Larson for their cars. I intend to keep coming back for my auto needs. Paul and Charlie, you both ROCK!!! Thanks for your help!! More

Chaz was the man working on getting me what I wanted for my trade in and the new wrangler I wanted. It took a little bit of work but I ended up getting the jeep I wanted and at the price I wanted. We knew the interest would be high because she was a first time buyer and the only credit she had was very light.The Manager at the used car store on River Road was able to get my daughter even a better rate than MY bank would do for her. I initially went to a dealership in Bellevue where I purchased the car I was trading in. They were rude and not willing to work with me on a deal. I had gone to the Larson Auto Group before and really purchased the car I was trading in. They were rude and not willing to work with me on a deal. I had gone to the Larson Auto Group before and really liked them so I figured I would check them out again after the experience I had at the Nissan Dealership in Bellevue. I looked online at the Larson website to see if they had anything I'd be interested in and they did. Since I live in Seattle, I wanted to call and make sure the truck was still there before I drove all the way down to Fife. I called twice and both times the salesman said that he would call me back and never did. Typically, I would not want to give a business my business after a situation like this however, I really liked the truck I found so I thought I would give them one more try. On my 3rd attempt of finding out more information about the truck I was interested in, I had the pleasure of having Cheryl Russo take exceptional care of me. From the first minute she answered the phone she was very welcoming, personable, honest and willing to go the extra mile to earn my business. Before I made the trek down from Seattle to Fife, I had a lot of questions about the specific truck I was interested in. Cheryl not only gave me her work email but she gave me her personal email address so she could answer any questions after hours since they were about to close for the night. I ended up having a couple more questions after the dealership had closed and sent Cheryl an email....she was very quick to respond and I was pleasantly surprised. The next day I drove down, met Cheryl and was AMAZED again on the amount of personal NO PRESSURE attention I received from her throughout the whole purchasing process.....all the way through her sending me DMV sites after the sale had closed for me to go list my trade in as sold. SHE WAS AMAZING and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to work with Cheryl. More
