For some reason, he is listed on this site as working in the parts department, but make no mistake, Bill is all about service and is an outstanding salesman. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Bill was super-friendly, knowledgeable, straight-forward, proactive and worked hard to negotiate a good price and a fair value for my trade-in. When I first spoke with Bill, I told him exactly what I was looking for; turns out he is also a good listener. Bill made sure he understood everything I wanted in my new vehicle and secured my Escape from another dealership in just a couple of days. I was thrilled with his service, his attention to detail, and how he went out of his way to make sure I was happy throughout the process. He didn't try to pressure me or up-sell me. I really dreaded the whole car-buying process before walking through the door, but working with him turned out to be an absolute dream.
