He did not pressure us, answered our questions, treated us with respect, honesty and we just felt comfortable being in the dealership and working with Chris. His Manager John McLaughin, was also a pleasure to deal with too, both gentlemen were so professional and courteous and it made a world of difference. Then in the Finance department I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy Black, she was great too, walking me through all the terms, the agreements and made me feel appreciated. SIlvana had a tech look at it and sure enough there was an issue. My car was out of factor warranty, but she followed up with the extended warranty company and got my repair covered. Expert professional with great availablity times. you can text hi anytime with concerns questions or comments. He let me have a test drive and walked me thru the whole purchase. When i got my ducks lined up a few days later we finalized the sale with the aid of Big John. And yes he kept that paperwork to a minimum and closed the sale. place all paperwork in nice pouches for safe keeping.
