My son and I were out looking at vehicles and we stopped in at Larson Ford in Lakewood. I had no intention of buying a car or truck that day. Our salesman was Richard Pietruszka. Ford F150's are expensive and I wasn't sure if we could afford one. Richard showed us all of our options from buying to leasing, went over all the numbers in a manner that was easy to understand and he made it possible for us to drive off the lot with a truck that day. My son is the happiest kid in the world thanks to the sales team at Larson Ford and most of all Richard Pietruszka. If you are looking to buy or lease a ford vehicle I highly recommend giving Richard a call. He will do everything he can to help you. More

I went with him to the dealership last Saturday, looking for a manual transmission 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. They only had the automatic in stock, and I was eager to get the car that weekend, so I bought the automatic. It was a beautiful car, but after driving it for a few days, I realized I should have gone with manual transmission over the automatic, being that that was what I really wanted and I'm planning on keeping this car for the long haul. Needless to say I was a little upset. I thought there was nothing I could do about it but I called the dealership to discuss my options. To my surprise they were willing and able to order me an identical manual transmission Focus and have it delivered within days. No hassle, no extra fees. I was in and out the following Saturday with the car I really wanted. Thanks to Lauren, Massimo, and Tracey for going the extra mile to make me 100% satisfied with my first new car. A BUNCH OF CROOKS TOLD ME MY HUB BEARINGS WERE NO GOOD 2 IN THE FRONT AND RIGHT REAR $1,700.00 TO FIX.I BRING TO A DIFFERENT SHOP AND FIND OUT THE ROAD NOISE WAS MY 2 FRONT TIRES THAT WERE CUPPING,AND THE IN THE FRONT AND RIGHT REAR $1,700.00 TO FIX.I BRING TO A DIFFERENT SHOP AND FIND OUT THE ROAD NOISE WAS MY 2 FRONT TIRES THAT WERE CUPPING,AND THEY PUT A STETHOSCOPE TO LISTEN FOR ANY BEARING DAMAGE THAT WAS NOT TO BE FOUND. I never thought I would purchase an American car, much less a Ford! I can honestly say that I love the Edge Limited, my wife and I purschased. First of all, no preasure. Christopher Bristow, our sales rep less a Ford! I can honestly say that I love the Edge Limited, my wife and I purschased. First of all, no preasure. Christopher Bristow, our sales rep, was warm, funny, friendly and quite understanding of my skeptical attitude. He was polished and professional from beginning to end. I also like the fact, that he spoke with my wife, not around her. He actually spent more time speaking with her than me! About 3 months after the purchase, we where side swiped on Rt 70. I contacted the collission department at Larson Ford and spoke with Gary. Bottom line, he took care of everything. My insurance company, gave us $20.00 a day for a rental, up to $600.00. Without question, Gary excepted that amount and put us into a car immediately. Steve in the collission shop, is another person I want to commend. He took me in the shop and appraised the vehicle with me. He showed me all the damage and assured me that the vehicle suffered "zero" frame damage, and that it was all pretty much cosmetic damage. Withing 24 hours, I had a written estimate and work had begun.I hope noone ever needs the use of the collission shop, but if you do, Larson Ford, is the place to go. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with Robert Larson, VP, and expressed personally, my overall satisfaction with his dealership, and more importantly, his people. Bottom line, Larson Ford has earned my repeat business and I will refer to them, anyone interested in purchasing a new. or pre owned vehicle. More

It is a very difficult truck to not only work on but also to diagnose various problems. I know the guys must dread it whenever I roll in for something other than routine service and maintenance, but they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY helpful and polite and they are ALWAYS fair when it comes to the labor charges for working on such a tedious vehicle. I give ALL the guys over there in both parts and service a HUGE THUMBS UP for ALWAYS going out of their way to help me in any way they can! I HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE!!
