Dylan was very nice and easy to deal with and even in the cold, went in several times to get keys for us to look at several cars until we found one we liked (a Focus). Although we were previously approved for a loan through our credit union, Tracy cut our interest rate in half and what we saved on interest we were able to use to get several upgrades to our purchase. I recently visited Larson Ford on a Sunday and found a nice pre-owned Ford Edge in the lot next to Route 88. I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle and from the moment I walked into the showroom, I was treated with the same excellent customer service that has inspired me to return time after time when I am in the market for a newer car. The salesman, Bob "Woody" Woodworth greeted me warmly and immediately took me outside to look at the car. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and the Ford Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle program. I was so impressed with Bob and the car that i even waived my opportunity to test-drive the car! That is trust at the highest level my friends. Bob and I returned to the showroom, he offered me a hot cup of coffee and proceeded to conduct the smoothest, friendliest car purchasing process I've ever seen. I did come in with a very specific vehicle in mind , but there was no run around, and bought exactly what I wanted off of their lot. The salesmen Joe Genova was very easy to talk with, conducted himself in a professional manner and was educated on his products and inventory. The same can be said about the rest of the sales team John Duncsak and I believe Tracy in Finance that I dealt with to finalize the transaction. So I wanted to stay with Ford, I purchased the focus at another dealership, not happy at all with them, thats why I came here. I walked around the lot just looking, (No one bothering me ) interested in the Fushion, still not sure. Thats when Susan Harvilla introduced herself to myself and my husband asked a couple of questions .. next thing I was test driving a 2017 Fushion , (loved it), went into dealership she gave the information to Tim Pellicano, long story short... I now own a 2017 Fushion !!! Could not be more happy with the staff at Larson Ford.... Way to go !!! Very professional group of employees. Thank you again. More
