Never had a problem in the past but I got a lemon. Service personnel really good but I was without vehicle for seven weeks and promised 2 months of payments for inconvenience. Still waiting. As usual, my service went well. They changed my oil and installed an update to my F150 Ford Sync system in a timely manner. I always enjoy seeing my service rep Mitch as he's very knowledgeable about my installed an update to my F150 Ford Sync system in a timely manner. Been a customer for 13 years. Service advisor Mitch is awesome. In all my years of owning cars I have never went back to dealers for service. They are all rude and rip you off. Disappointed. Missing a small part after recall service performed that I know was there when dropped off but was told they don't know what happened to it and I'm on my own. I found the sales person to be friendly and informative. I initially worked with the Service Dept when I purchased my Ford and found them to be helpful and efficient. However, the one time I dealt with the Quick Lane people was terrible. I had such a bad experience with them that I went to the Service people (Mitch Sperling) who was extremely helpful. Since that time I only deal with the Service Dept (John Kaiser) when any service is needed. More
