Above and beyond to fix an issue I want to take some time to give praise to the service department for finding a resolution to my vehicle problems. Especially the job done by the service manager, Lou Pagano. To make a long story short - my 2013 Ford F-150 had a problem with the engines cooling system. A defect in a certain part was causing problems; it’s a problem Ford knows about but it only affects a small percentage of trucks. It is not through a fault of Larson Ford, but they were able to help me out by going above and beyond. The hard to locate part was found and installed within days. Mr. Pagano and his team did an excellent job with isolating the issue, contacting Ford and fixing the issue. It’s been two weeks and I believe my cooling system problem is resolved. By keeping an open line of communication they were able to handle the situation with professionalism. It’s something you don’t see anymore in business and I was happy to have the Larson Ford Service department help me keep my truck on the road. Thank you again for your help! More

While there Susan Havrilla showed me several used vehicles and I chose a Lincoln MKC from their stock to back up my F350 needs. She was professional and did not push me in any way. She did help me get my price. I recommend her as a sales rep. More

She explains what needs to be understood and she makes sure to communicate throughout what can be a stressful process. Recently, I had my car in for an oil change and mentioned a concern I had. SIlvana had a tech look at it and sure enough there was an issue. My car was out of factor warranty, but she followed up with the extended warranty company and got my repair covered. She's really an asset to Larson. She goes the extra mile and always smiles as she makes things happen. Thank you Silvana! More

At some dealerships, once you’ve bought the car, or come in as a newbie for service, you don’t get quite the super-happy “hey we love you because you’re about to drop 40k on a new car” greeting you get walking in to buy. Not so with Silvana—I only spent $138.00 for service on a 10 year old car—and she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Nice work young lady: if I do decide to make a move on a new Mustang in the future Larsen Ford will be considered BECAUSE OF HOW YOU TREATED ME TODAY. Thank you. Incompetent Service They where unable to find the problem. They just continued to change parts at my expense. They had the vehicle for 15 days.Cost me over 1200$. I took the vehicle home and figured out it was the alternator that caused all the problems. And their certified mechanic was not able to determine this.Do not use this dealership. Not only was the car not fixed it was returned greasy and not completely reassembled. They allowed it to leave their dealership in a unsafe condition. More
