I would like to share our experience regarding the abilities and professional attitude of Rob, Ruby and Begi. Over the years I have purchased several cars for family members from dealerships far and w abilities and professional attitude of Rob, Ruby and Begi. Over the years I have purchased several cars for family members from dealerships far and wide. I can truthfully say that I am not a tradiiitonal buyer, I do a lot of the prelim work via phone fax and email, Rob and Ruby worked diligently to help us achieve our goals and their caring attitude and strong effort of customer satisfaction is the main reason we purchased at this dealership. I cannot not find anything to say negative regarding their efforts.. At financing we met Begi, what a pleasant professional employee whom i felt as with Rob and Ruby ,that they were actually working for me. The place was a bee hive of activity that day but she took her time explained each of the answers to my questions until were felt comfortable in signing. I will wait for them to be free the next time we buy cars in this family, strongly recomend you do the same for a great deal. More

Best car buying experience ever! Everyone was honest, friendly and personable. Really a great group of people that really care. We were in a bind and needed a car but did not have great credit or a lot o friendly and personable. Really a great group of people that really care. I appreciated all of the friendly and helpful emails that I got from Keri Kluge ever since I first expressed interest in purchasing a KIA Soul. I was also pleasantly surprised to get to work with Begi Dzhafarova, who was extra friendly and patient in explaining the tedious details of the contracts and forms that needed to be signed. I was happy to hear that her family is from a country next to where my son and his fiancee live, where I recently visited. I had inquired online and Keri Kluge responded back to me very quickly and arranged an appointment. A few days later I went in to meet with her, really not expecting to be leaving in a different vehicle, I very quickly and arranged an appointment. A few days later I went in to meet with her, really not expecting to be leaving in a different vehicle, I just wanted to check out my options. Well she showed me exactly what I asked for and took me out for a couple of test drives. She knew her info about each vehicle which made it a lot easier to make a decision. With the help of Chin & Begi I was able to get financed for a brand new Sportage. I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. This was easily the best overall car buying experience we have ever had. Charles was new so Ryan helped him during the process but it was never cumbersome or awkward for us. I went to this dealership because I knew they handled people with not so good credit. I went in just looking at a Toyota that I thought would be a good deal, never thought I would drive off in it that da people with not so good credit. I went in just looking at a Toyota that I thought would be a good deal, never thought I would drive off in it that day. Ruby was so helpful in answering questions and was so friendly. This dealership really stuck their neck out for me since my credit wasn't great. Now I'm driving a 2010 Toyota Camry and I couldn't be happier with it. I am in LOVE with it. Everyone says car buying is a painful experience but for me that day it wasn't. I would send anyone in the market for a car to Ruby. She is knowledgeable and really tries hard to get you what you want. She even called me a couple days after purchase to see how it was working out for me. Kevin did a great job explaining everything on the finance side to me...I left with zero questions. I'm so happy to have a car that is reliable and that I don't have to worry about anymore. More
