Even though I had not so great credit Mike went above and beyond ! He saw my need for a more reliable vehicle that had a heater and defroster and got better gas mileage. He spent ALOT of time getting me and beyond ! He saw my need for a more reliable vehicle that had a heater and defroster and got better gas mileage. He spent ALOT of time getting me approved and got me a great vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Rogue. I have already spread the word about his customer service and have recommended several friends to go and just talk to him and see what he can do for them. Until I met Mike, I hated car shopping and the hassel of it all, but not any more ! I will definitely look to him when I am ready for my next vehicle !!! Thanks Mike for all you did for me !! But I left with a better car than what I thought my poor credit would allow me to get. I needed a gas saver and God sent Rob to help me get a reasonable deal. Because of this deal, I should save AT LEAST $300 per month in gas cost! More

My overall experience with this dealership was good. I felt that I spent far too much time there as it took nearly 6 hours to purchase my car. I drove to Lawrence Kia and completed the deal in less than 2 hours. Ruby Montoya was my first contact with the dealership and she was very helpful and courteous. I then dealt with Valerie Abarca and she was determined to give me the deal I was looking for from them. Begi was fun to talk to and she explained the finance preocess very clearly. Between the three, I have a new Kia and feel very good about the entire process. I would recommend Lawrence Kia to ANYONE looking to purchase a new Kia.
