This is the worst dealership in the state of Oklahoma I wouldn't recommend anyone to this Dealership they ripped me off for 5k. People we spoke with were very nice and accomidating and noligible. However no one listened to our main concern. We had only a trade in to put down for a new car. We told everyone to include tax, title, and license in the loan. We explained that we didn't have money to show up at the tag office and have to pay a lot of money for the tag. We went to the tag office for an estimate of how much it would be. For us on a fixed income $1600.00 is a major hardship. I'm still not sure how we will come up with that. The overall experience at the dealership was great. I just wish everyone listened to our concerns more closely. More
Everyone was very nice and helpful but the finance officer refused to include our tax, title and license fee in the loan, saying it was only $700 or so and not worth the extra finance charge.. we aske officer refused to include our tax, title and license fee in the loan, saying it was only $700 or so and not worth the extra finance charge.. we asked him several times but he wouldn’t listen, saying we’d be able to save the money from not making two car payments on our old car. The original salesman said we wouldn’t have a car payment for two months, but it’s actually only one month, because the contract only gave us 45 days, so April is our only month without a car payment. . We reluctantly agreed to sign because we really liked the car. The next day I went to the tag office to get a new Pikepass and they told me the taxes, etc were going to be $1660. Since we live on a fixed income of social security, there’s no way we can pay that. So now we will be forced to try to get a personal loan and incur even another bill. I feel like our pleas at the dealership fell on deaf ears, and had our request been granted, we could avoided all this. I can’t help feeling we were more than a bit manipulated but we were too ignorant to that fact at the time. On hindsight, I wish we hadn’t bought the car. More
I did not appreciate the way that I was lured to the dealership under the false belief that I had won $1,800, just to have the employees attempt to force me into a 2020 Honda by insulting my current ca dealership under the false belief that I had won $1,800, just to have the employees attempt to force me into a 2020 Honda by insulting my current car (which is in much better condition, is one year newer, has 30,000 less miles). My time at this dealership was wasted for 3 hours. More
