In the past 4 years I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership. My last purchase I was very displeased with and have considered going elsewhere for future vehicles. The last few times I have been to the service dept they all seemed confused and parts that were ordered were either lost, not ordered or on back order. Then when I call to check on the status I'm always told that they have no record of any part being ordered and trying to explain it to them each time is rather aggravating. My last oil change went fairly well, and they ordered the part that I needed back in February again and I was told hopefully it will be here mid July. I have always been a fan of Rams but again this last purchase experience and the lack of knowledge and communication they seem to be having has made me wonder if I really want to go through all that hassle. More

I brought in a 2006 Chrysler 300C for evaluation on front bumper fire damage. Three or four days later nobody had looked or called. I have never been taken advantage of me as a customer by any service center that I have ever visited as I did by your service center. I authorized correction of three selected items on the list sent to me, any service center that I have ever visited as I did by your service center. I authorized correction of three selected items on the list sent to me, the initial total, when I asked for the total of the service provided, was $169.00. When I arrived at the dealership to pick-up my vehicle they indicated that the charges for services was $255.00 because they found that one of the windows mechanism was defective and that it aquired additional charges, but the clerk could not explain what the additional charges were for. she just said that they have to take time to roll the window up, which was a lie, the window was never rolled-up, and it was evident that the mechanic never made an attempt to take the door panel out to inspect the window mechanism. At that momemt I remember an article I read about how some mechanics take advantage of aged people because they think that old people don't know much about anything. I will never ever do any bussiness with your company and will not reccomment your place to my friends and family.
