I have only been to this particular dealership 2 times. The first time the experience was great compared to my second trip. I scheduled an appointment with them to get the trim on my passenger side back door fixed and the appointment was not schedule. (Not my fault) Amanda was supposed to take care of that but apparently did not. Barbara called Amanda and asked and she told her that she had already told her about it. When she got off the phone she told me that she would have to find. I said do you know how long it will take? She told I will have to find the trim first but it shouldn't take more than an hour to put on. My car was done in 30 minutes. There was about 5 other people in the waiting area and she came in there and said "Are ya'll ready? Everyone just looked at her because no one knew who she was talking to. More

Service was scheduled quickly. Recommendations were communicated with professional documents. Services were priced competitively. I did feel that the service representative should not assume that the communicated with professional documents. Services were priced competitively. Additionally representatives should dress professionally (thought the over the knee boots and skirt was too much for the service garage). More
