This Dealership is by far the easiest to work with. I called and asked to get in for an oil change or anything in the service department- and they ask me when I’m able to come in. Miguel was very helpful in getting my warranty repair taken care of. I just wish they were better about notifying customers when parts arrive. Service gets done but not without heckling for more things that you “need” in your vehicle to stay in line with the warranty. My advice is to reread your warranty and understand it so that way you can things that you “need” in your vehicle to stay in line with the warranty. I have spent about 1000 dollars on my 2021 KIA and have never paid this much on a new vehicle within its first year for just regular maintenance. More
