Shady business practices and poor communication. I inquired into a car I found on Edmunds.com and verified it was on their website. I submitted my inquiry on the Lawton Kia website and received a foll inquired into a car I found on Edmunds.com and verified it was on their website. I submitted my inquiry on the Lawton Kia website and received a follow up email shortly thereafter. I replied and got a phone call the next morning. Coltynn said he needed to go "put hands on" the car to make sure it was still on the lot. That was the last I heard from him. I emailed and left voicemails for 3 days afterwards and then received an automated email from Brandon Mitchell, General Sales Manager. I replied back and got no response. When I called Brandon, I was transferred to someone else who simply told me the vehicle was no longer on the lot and was sold. No offer to check on another one, nothing. This is a new car sale (KIA), not some random used car sitting on the lot. I wrote them off as a bait and switch company then received 2 separate emails over the course of the next week with the same car (same VIN) for sale, at 2 different prices, both higher than originally offered. Very shady practices from this dealership. Beware of these tactics, since if they are willing to do that, they are willing to do anything to you on your trade in, financing, extended warranty, etc. Stay away from them. More

I’ve had my car for almost ten years now and I’ve always gone to the local Kia to get it serviced, since we’re military I’ve had to go to several different KIA service centers. But the Lawton Kia is by far gone to the local Kia to get it serviced, since we’re military I’ve had to go to several different KIA service centers. But the Lawton Kia is by far my favorite. The way Amanda explains everything makes me feel confident in knowing what’s going on with my car. Her impressionable personality makes an often dreaded duty (I mean really, who likes getting their car serviced) less daunting. I have recommended Kia to my friends in town and will definitely continue to seek service through them. More
