Service was scheduled quickly. Recommendations were communicated with professional documents. Services were priced competitively. I did feel that the service representative should not assume that the communicated with professional documents. Services were priced competitively. I did feel that the service representative should not assume that the female customers are totally clueless regarding automotive systems.
