Not like the outcome for my Class Vehicle. Bad motor in a 3 year old car, of course after my warranty ran out. When asked about the settlement case, both Barbara and Amanda got very hateful with me on the a 3 year old car, of course after my warranty ran out. When asked about the settlement case, both Barbara and Amanda got very hateful with me on the phone. To the point their voices where raised. The paperwork I received in the mail was very clear on what kind of issues were involved in the settlement case. Left unhappy but made a formal complaint and claim with Kia. I will never use this dealership again. Mechanic was helpful and confirmed that Hyundai parts are interchangeable with Kia parts. Barbara quoted me $3200 for a used motor and I have found them for 1/2 the price one line brand new!! More
