Okay so I wasnt going to leave a review because it wouldn't all be nice but since I've gotten a notice every day to leave one I guess I will. Yall came to pick up my vehicle and a). The guy was high wouldn't all be nice but since I've gotten a notice every day to leave one I guess I will. Yall came to pick up my vehicle and a). The guy was high as a kite and smelled of straight marijuana. But since I needed the service I let it go. B). Vehicle looked great aside from this thick sticky substance outside the driver side window that looks like spit and for a giant greasy hand print right on my passenger side seat. C) there were two plugs in my cup holders I have never seen before and have no clue where they came off of. When I booked my oil change, there was no option to wait inside the facility. I assume this is due to covid but I have no choice but to do that since I have no ride and i have children (my husbands vehicle only facilitates three people). That is why i needed it picked up which I appreciate. However, I dont appreciate my vehicle looking worse than when I sent it away. I know it was needing a vacuum and a wash and I appreciate that, but I think you guys can level with me that the discrepancies above arent really acceptable. Thank you for the free oil change. More
My husband was happy with the service, unfortunately someone parked our car to wash it and forgot about it, only to be reminded by my husband who asked about it 30 minutes later. While it's not a big deal and things happen, when you are waiting with a small child it's not an ideal situation. I remember every time I went to a different service, workers wrote a note on our documents that I'm here with baby/child which was an indication for them to kind of hurry (that's how they explained it to me) I had fabulous memories with them for taking care of us the best way possible and respecting out time more than anything. More

Kind of difficult to have a good experience when almost all the employees are NOT wearing masks BUT the customers are.
