I decided to travel down based on pictures, description, and most of all a couple of detailed phone/vehicle walk around inspections with Steven. I felt he was an honest sales rep from our numerous phone calls before we agreed to holding the car for my visit. On arrival I was pleased to discover vehicle was in fact just as he had claimed. Made the purchase, received some valuable maintenance information from their knowledgeable department and I was on my way back home. LeSueur Car Co Experience I had recently fallen in love with the Jetta Sportwagen TDI, and I was looking for a new car concurrently, so I did my research. I happened upon LeSue I had recently fallen in love with the Jetta Sportwagen TDI, and I was looking for a new car concurrently, so I did my research. I happened upon LeSueur Car Company. Ironically, I had some business to attend to in PHX so I swung by for a visit. My visit was preceded by a stop at my bank for loan approval, and a pleasant phone call with Steven LeSueur, to make sure the Jetta that I was drooling on my computer over, was still up for grabs. Gorgeous car indeed! I brokered the deal, basically, over the phone. Steven was patient with my 20,000 questions and persistent price-drop angles, and we decided on a good appointment time. The only complaint I have is that the detailers smudged greasy finger prints on the cloth overhead interior. I am confident about this because I had test drove and meticulously investigated the car before hand, and there were no smudges previously. The detailers also did a lack luster job "detailing" it. That was a let down. I have to say, customer service there is top notch. The waiting game is at a minimum. Pricing is competitive. I am thinking I may just see them again in the future. More

Loving my new Tiguan! After working for a car company and knowing all the traditional games played at most dealerships I was very skeptical about buying my car locally. Tha After working for a car company and knowing all the traditional games played at most dealerships I was very skeptical about buying my car locally. Thankfully from the moment I stepped onto the Leseur dealership grounds I was pleasantly surprised. I got there and was able to take a test drive without anyone bothering me, not once did they talk about price or anything of that nature until I came back and said I was ready to purchase. Even then they were very fair with my trade and the price of the Tiguan. I knew before I got there that the vehicle price didn't have much wiggle room since they were fairly priced at 95% of the current market. Kris was so great to work with and made everything go quickly and smooth. I got a great rate, and was done with the whole process in under 3 hours. All in all I couldn't be happier with my experience at Leseur and have already told people about how great everything was. I plan to have any service work etc done here. No reason not too! Taryn at the front desk was a bright personality, professional, and very helpful while we looked over the inventory. Steven was also very professional, answered all of our questions, put us at ease and made the process less stressful than at other valley dealerships on Bell Road in Phoenix.
