So I placed a call to LeSueur and was put through to Kyle who from that call forward did everything he possibly could to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and with everything that goes with the purchase of a vehicle. We traveled about 35 miles to see the car and when we arrived there it was not cooling properly so we could not test drive it like we would have liked, (as it was 115 outside) we know Kyle must have felt terrible about this but it happens. But still he offered to get the car in for service and have it delivered to us so we would not have to make the return drive from the west valley to see it again. I said to him,"but I am still not sure if we want it" and he said no problem after they deliver it tomorrow test drive it if you are not happy there will be no hard feeling I will simply have them bring it back.(remember 35 mile each way) if we decide we want to move forward with the purchase they will have the documents to sign with them. Now I am in my 60's and have been purchasing cars both new and preowned for over 40 years and I have never had any dealership go to such measures to make a customer happy as they do at LeSueur. When they advertise that you are treated like family, they truly mean it! I can honestly say that if we find ourselves in the market for a quality preowned vehicle I will look no further than Lesueur. And yes we purchased the vehicle and we are very pleased and would recommend anyone and everyone looking for a quality preowned car and quality, honest,morally responsible service like it used to be then look no further than LeSueur Car Company. Kyle did far more to make this happen and to get this vehicle ready for us than I have time or space to write here but I feel that he is the type of person that does this on a regular basis and not for recognition. More

Amazing Dealership! I was interested in test driving two different Nissan Sentras, and was allowed to take both of them on a test drive. After I drove both of them I ask I was interested in test driving two different Nissan Sentras, and was allowed to take both of them on a test drive. After I drove both of them I asked if I could test drive the first one again. Steven was extremely understanding and let me go on another test drive. After I got back from the test drive, I told Steven I would like to buy the first one I drove. We went into his office to do the financing and I was completely surprised by how fast I was approved, and how good of a rate that he was able to get me! He went over the extended warranty and I asked if I could have the miles reduced from 100k to 90k, as I don't drive that much and it would reduce the cost of the warranty. He was really understanding and changed the miles without pressuring me to keep it at 100k. The thing that I liked the most was how quick the whole process was. The whole process, including the three test drives, was under an hour and there was zero pressure! Steven even replaced the windshield wipers for me when I asked if I could get new ones. When I bought my previous car the whole process took about 3 hours and they tried to get me to buy all of the aftermarket stuff. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will defiantly be coming to buy from them!!! More

The whole process was easier than I've ever experienced before. I'm 56 and have purchased plenty of cars during my short life. The things we loved. No salesmen waiting for you to open the door of your car so they can pounce on you. Everyone was busy doing something. They had their older kids learning the family's business. Steven was very efficient with all of the paperwork and information that we needed. We asked if the windshield wipers could be replaced. No hesitation on Stevens part. They were immediately replaced. We will be back for another purchase when the time comes. More
