After visiting three, all I encountered were sleazy, incompetent salespeople that were pushy and reeked of commission breath, finance directors and managers that were aggressive and rude, and wait-times so long, I finally walked out. My father recommended that I check out LeSueur Car Company, where I had previously purchased a car several years ago. I dealt with Steven LeSueur, who had helped me with my last purchase. The entire experience was top-notch. No games or nonsense whatsoever. He was honest, straight-forward, and very consultative in his approach to selling one of his vehicles. He even helped me secure excellent financing, which would have otherwise been very difficult to obtain because I am self-employed. Test drove two cars, and walked out with a great car in less than two hours which included the detailing and paperwork. I loved that my car buying experience was very personal with very little wait time. I felt great about supporting a local, family business vs. a large corporation. I asked for some flexibility on using a credit card for part of the payment, and Steven was very accommodating. When it was all said and done, I explained that I would need to come back either in the evening or the next day to pick up the car, and Steven asked where I lived. I told him, and he said it was on his way home and he could drop it off at my house! And that's what he did tonight. That's service and caring for your customers! Thanks, Steven!
