This is actually our second time buying a vehicle from LeSueur and after looking for months we came back to LeSueur when I decided I wanted to buy pre-owned. It has truly been the best car buying experience like the last and unlike any I have experienced before. They are transparent with their customers, family owned, hands down give the best rates, no hidden fees, and I believe offer the lowest taxes. I was so impressed by their customer service and the way Steven handled our experience. Their sincerity and thoroughness in explaining all of the details to me was very clear and easy to understand. I didn't feel that they were just trying to get me in a car out of the door as soon as possible. Very patient and Steven was very patient as I wanted to test drive many vehicles. Be careful !! I purchased a vehicle in 2014. Salesman never mentioned that the car was a "buy back from manufacturer" until the final stages of the sale and during I purchased a vehicle in 2014. Salesman never mentioned that the car was a "buy back from manufacturer" until the final stages of the sale and during the contract signing. He mentioned the car came from California and laws are different than Arizona and car company must buy back the car if buyer found a mechanical problem. After I paid off the loan and got the title it shows "buy back from manufacturer". In December 2015 I went back to trade this vehicle for a newer one. They appraised this car $2,000 less than it was valued. The reason: "buy back". I said that's how I got it from them to begin with. They said they wouldn't be able to get their money because of it. I though that was very sneaky and dirty trick. It took me 2 months to sell it on my own, and for more money. Be careful with this people, they will cheat you to get the car off the lot. Run a carfax first, I didn't because I needed a car fast. More

I saw a Rav4 we were interested in and left a phone number to be contacted. Riley called and described the vehicle and invited us to come look at it. We went over to Tempe the next day and he showed us the vehicle and test drove it for us. He was very informative and answered all our many questions with expertise and politeness and honesty. We never felt any pressure and were impressed with the car and felt the price was very fair. He was willing to accommodate our financial situation and we left with our purchase that day! The entire time I was at LeSueur I never felt pressured into buying a car, and that is the reason I decided to skip the rest of the other dealers that day. Wow has this place grown up My wife and I used to drive by Lesueur Car Company back in the 80's so when I saw a car that I wanted for sale there, well, I had to think twice. Not only did they have the car I wanted "as advertised", Steven was great to work with and WOW, what a surprise that it had grown into the dealership it is now. Good for them, and good for me that I did not let past visual pictures deter me. These guys are great, no pressure and helpful instead of the typical tactics employed by every used car salesman on the planet. You guys ROCK! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back for future car purchases. More
